This is all for my own personal motivation!;A; Some of you know I take pole fitness classes. I have been steadilly going for 2.5 years and by no means will be stopping any time soon, even after I move and have to switch studios. In february I tore my back muscle realllly good, an injury that really set me back as I was on track to losing some weight. I had to stop pole for 7+ weeks as well as my training at home and I pretty much gained everything back. Tonight I started a healthier diet, just water for drinking. no more soda or sugar (which is my SUPER DOWNFALL SWEETS ARGH), lots of vegetables and protein. I wanted to do some strength training today but my back, AGAIN, has been bothering me some. Since Pole is so intense and the muscle pain can last literally up until my next class begins, I will be doing 30 minutes of the elliptical trainer every day for cardio and leave Saturday for my 1 hour of pole, with Sunday being a day off. I was doing really well at losing weight until I destroyed my back muscle in early February and had to literally quick all activity until it healed, which was the hardest thing ever. When I get bored I eat. And usually I head right for the sugary crap or fast food at lunch time. I am by no means overweight but I am not comfortable knowing I can do better than this. Ultimately my goal is to lose about 20 pounds to get back to my normal weight. This of course, does not count all the extra muscle I’ve built from pole so we will see how I feel after even 15. Typically my everyday meals are as such (though dinner time can really vary cause my mom is home and cooking now. After I move in July I will hopefully be able to just maintain weight instead of worrying about losing)
Breakfast: Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt at 80 calories (fruit on the bottom yum :9 ) and coffee with some international delight creamer. This can be easy to accidentally over indulge on, gonna work on that haha.
Lunch: 1 whole 33.5 ounce Smart Water, I like Smart Water because it has electrolytes in it for energy. Any Healthy Choice Steamers. Depending on what I have for Lunch (chicken, pasta or rice) I will not have one of those for dinner. Each of these is around 250-300 calories.
Dinner: Protein (fish, chicken or Turkey), Vegetable or Salad or vegan with veggies that have protein like chickpeas. Cant count calories here but I am going to try and limit carbs too if I can, my mom can help me with that part. 
This kind of turned into a fitness post , but I have been dying to get started and after getting on the elliptical tonight I feel like my motivation has finally come back after my injury. I now have motivation and a timeline as well with moving in 3 months. :) Yay Health and Fitness! Been working on more painting like images for Zodiac and I am so glad I can finally make some background like drawings. These are all made with awesome watercolor photoshop and cloud brushes I found, with some charcoal mixed in for good measure ;) I don’t normally do backgrounds but this has gotten me much more comfortable with them, even if they are just sky scenes :)
